1. Paid tickets and 7-day refund (uni.luyml.com)
- One-time payment of $20: A Ginko ticket on uni.luyml.com/store costs $20 and opens every room for one month from the date of purchase. You pay once through Stripe; nothing auto-renews.
- 7-day refund policy: If you cannot get into the rooms, or if you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, write to [email protected] from the email you paid with and we will refund your $20 in full.
- Age and seat use: Tickets are for people 13 and older, one person per ticket. Full voice and ticket rules for Ginko also appear at uni.luyml.com/terms.
2. Educational and software tools
uni (Ginko) and Ziux are self-study language tools and spoken entertainment. They are not an accredited school or university and do not grant academic credit, degrees, or professional licensure. Software, calculators, and local tools on nuc.luyml.com and air.luyml.com are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
3. Food, health, air, and reporting disclaimers
- Not medical, dietary, or allergen advice: Luyml Cookbook (cookbook.luyml.com), Luyml Air (air.luyml.com), and nuc (nuc.luyml.com) provide public-source figures (USDA FoodData Central, Open-Meteo, USGS, and official Sacramento agency listings) and self-logging calculators. They are not medical devices, clinical dietitians, or financial advisors. Safe cooking temperatures, allergen management, dietary restrictions, and medical care remain your responsibility. Market, pantry, and benefit schedules can change between verification dates; call ahead when a trip matters.
- Public-interest reporting (news.luyml.com and x.luyml.com): Articles and review-desk findings report from public instruments, public records, and documented measurements for general information, not legal or employment advice. Send factual corrections to [email protected].
4. Intellectual property and governing law
Portions of Luyml's curriculum, research, and software are synthesized with automated pipelines and machine-learning models reviewed against primary sources. Except for public-domain government data, Creative Commons works credited on the page, and open-source components under their own licenses, original text and site design belong to Luyml LLC.
