Luyml LLC (2108 N ST #11725, Sacramento, CA 95816, [email protected]) operates luyml.com, uni.luyml.com, news.luyml.com, x.luyml.com, cookbook.luyml.com, air.luyml.com, and nuc.luyml.com. Last updated October 27, 2026.

1. No tracking cookies, ad networks, or data sale

• We set no tracking cookies and load no third-party analytics or advertising scripts on our public pages.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
• We do not fingerprint your browser or track you across outside websites.

2. What stays on your own device

• Luyml Cookbook (cookbook.luyml.com/app): Your nutrition diary, meal logs, and calorie or macro targets live in your browser's local storage on your own device. Nothing in your diary is sent to Luyml servers.
• uni and Ginko (uni.luyml.com) and Ziux: Spoken audio takes and on-device speech-to-text transcripts stay in your browser on your phone. Nothing you record leaves your device, and we never train any model on your voice. Seated ticket holders can read the full key-by-key storage and retention ledger at uni.luyml.com/privacy.
• nuc (nuc.luyml.com): Self-logged training, nutrition, and habit entries stay in your local browser storage or local SQLite database.

3. Luyml-only door counting (UTM tags)

When you follow one of our own tagged links (such as ?utm_source=luyml.com&utm_medium=door), luyml.com and uni.luyml.com count only the tag (utm_source and utm_medium), the page path, and the UTC date in a Luyml-only counter so we know which of our own doors people walk through. That count uses zero cookies, stores no IP address or browser fingerprint, and is never sent to any third party.

4. Payments, accounts, and deletion

• Payments: Paid tickets on uni.luyml.com/store ($20 for one month, paid once) are processed by Stripe. Luyml never sees or stores your full payment card number.
• Sign-in: Optional account sign-in uses a first-party session cookie with our own account service.
• Refunds, copies, and deletion: Write to [email protected] to ask for a 7-day refund on a paid ticket, a copy of any account record we hold, or complete deletion of your account and Stripe customer link. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
